This is the recipe for our much loved Choc Chip Gingerbread cookies! You can bake them at home using the YOMO gluten free Gingerbread mix - they are so easy to make. If you love them out of the snack pack you can imagine how good they are fresh from the oven. Naturally gluten free and vegan with no additives, just add a few pure ingredients to a bowl and mix and you're basically done. YUM!
