Traditional Hot Cross Buns (yeast version)
These gluten free hot cross buns are super yummy and nice and easy to make with our basic bread mix. We love apricot and currants but you can use sultanas or any other dried fruit you love. These gluten free buns can be made with dairy or non-dairy butter and I will be trialling them shortly without the egg - which I am 95% sure will be delicious too.
