The tahini flavour in this gluten free banana bread is quite subtle, so delicious with the dark chocolate. You can keep it vegan or make it with egg AND you can actually make this dairy free banana bread with either the Banana Bread mix OR the Na-Na Bread mix. Both are delicious!

Ingredients

1 x YOMO Banana Bread mix

1 x YOMO Na-Na Bread mix

1 1/4 cups (350g) mashed banana

1/2 cup (125g) water

1/4 cup (63g) tahini

1/4 cup (57g) light olive oil

80-100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped

+ optional sesame seeds for decorating
Directions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
Grease and line either a 20cm square pan or a loaf tin.
Mix all wet ingredients well and then combine with the baking mix.
Transfer mixture to the baking tin, smooth out on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 45-55 min until a testing skewer comes out clean.
