WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Goods are acquired by you (the retailer) for the purpose of re-selling, not for home use or any other use that has not been previously approved by 100 Loaves Pty Ltd T/A YOMO GLUTEN FREE. 2. You (the retailer) are solely responsible for checking the details on the packaging of the goods received from 100 Loaves Pty Ltd T/A YOMO GLUTEN FREE and accurately communicating these details to your customers. These details include, but are not limited to ingredients, allergens and nutrition information. 3. Stock shelf-life can vary on wholesale items. If a specific minimum shelf life is required for your retail purposes, you (the retailer) must contact 100 Loaves Pty Ltd T/A YOMO GLUTEN FREE, prior to despatch of goods. 4. Goods are generally despatched within 1-2 days of order receipt. You (the retailer) acknowledge that shipping time is variable, depending on your location in Australia.
