This is going to become a family favourite - make it once and you'll be hooked. We love it for arvo tea or breakfast. It’s refined sugar free, gluten free, egg free, dairy free and you won’t hear any complaints from anyone I promise.

Ingredients

1 ¼ cup (350g) mashed banana

1 cup (250g) peanut butter

¼ cup (57g) light olive oil or melted coconut oil

½ cup (125g) water

1 x YOMO gluten free Banana Bread Mix

¼ cup (28g) Dutch Cocoa or Cacao powder

Handful of choc chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Grease and line a loaf tin.
Mash the bananas well then mix in the peanut butter, olive oil and water – mix well.
Add the Banana Bread mix, cocoa powder and choc chips.
Mix well and scrape into the loaf tin.
Bake for ~45-50 min.
Check with a skewer and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
Enjoy it warm or cold, plain or toasted. Even with more peanut butter.
