This brownie is so yummy and nourishing with a fudgy texture. It’s a hearty snack between meals or can be a meal in itself! I love these low carb, no added sugar brownies for breakfast. We used a protein peanut butter so that you get 15g of protein from one square of brownie. These would also be delicious with almond or cashew butter. This recipe is great with any seeds, we love the three below and have also used hemp in the past. There is already pecan in the mix but you could add some extra nuts too if you like. These brownies also freeze well and make an excellent snack to have on hand for hungry people. And because there is no added sugar and only pure wholefood ingredients, you can eat your brownie and feel SUPER healthy at the same time. You’re welcome! Recipe below.

Ingredients

1 x Blue Sky Brownie mix

375g protein peanut butter

350ml warm water

50g sesame seed

100g sunflower seed

100g pumpkin seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C and grease and line a square baking tin.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl or bowl of a stand mixer and mixed well.
Press into the baking tin and flatten out evenly.
Bake at 170 for ~20 min.
Allow to cool before you cut and enjoy!
