Low carb wraps

These low carb wraps made with our burger bun mix are a great alternative low carb bread. We love them as an easy lunch or for dinner as low carb tacos. These delicious wraps are quick and easy to make and keep well in the fridge in an airtight container.

Ingredients

1 x Burger Bun Mix

300ml water

50ml olive oil

20g tahini
Directions
Find a heavy based frying pan or skillet to cook your wraps in.
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl - use a spatula or a stand mixer.
Roll out a handful of dough between two sheets of plastic wrap, aiming for ~2-3mm thick.
Using an upside-down plate as a guide, cut wraps to size, taking into consideration the size of you pan.
Depending on your pan, you may need to oil it very lightly.
Cook wraps one by one over low heat ~2 min on each side.

Recipe Note
Using too much oil in the pan or too much heat will result in crispy wraps! Still delicious but less wrappable 😉
