This is the base mix to make our gluten free, white bread. It is a yeast bread with a sourdough texture. It's soft on the inside and has a crusty outer. Amazing fresh and equally delicious toasted next day. This gluten free bread is simple to make with only one proof required. Just add water, dried yeast and either 170g of potato starch or 170g of corn starch - potato will give a slightly chewier texture while corn will be a bit lighter. But they're both delicious with amazing texture. Find full instructions in our recipe section!
