Is this going to take all day?
- NO!!
- Prep for our basic white bread is 15 min max, then let the loaf proof/rise and bake!
- Pizza bases can be made in 5 min, and then it's let the base proof/rise, add topping and bake. NO PRE-BAKING REQUIRED.
At what price happiness:

This is the base mix to make our easy gluten free white bread. It is a yeast bread with a sourdough texture. It's soft on the inside and has a crusty outer. Amazing fresh and equally delicious toasted next day. This gluten free bread is simple to make with only one proof required. Just add water, dried yeast and either 170g of potato starch or 170g of corn starch - potato will give a slightly chewier texture to your gluten free bread while corn will deliver a gluten free bread that is a bit lighter. Our gluten free bread mix comes in range of size to meet your gluten free baking needs. For the convenience of pre-portioned gluten free bread mix, try our 290g pouches.
