These are so easy to make with our ANZAC biscuit mix!! And guaranteed to fill the tummies all week long!! These are great for kids lunchboxes and afternoon tea. Also excellent for busy parents who need an energy boost on the go. We love using a wide array of seeds but any combination will work - you can also add nuts - try some pecan or macadamia.

Ingredients

1/3 cup (85g) almond butter

3 x 20ml tbsp (57g) melted coconut oil

3 x 20ml tbsp (60g) water

1 x YOMO ANZAC mix

2 x 20ml tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 x 20ml tbsp hemp seeds

1 x 20ml tbsp sesame seeds

1/4 cup choc chips

1/4 cup dried blueberries

A few diced whole apricots

Handful of choc chips or ~50g dark choc (melted)

2 x 5ml tsp (9g) of coconut oil (melted)
Chocolate drizzle
Directions
Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
Mix almond butter, olive oil and water in a bowl.
Combine with the ANZAC mix.
Add the seeds, fruit and choc chips and mix very well.
Transfer into baking tin and push down firmly to make it nice and flat.
Bake for ~30min.
Melt the extra chocolate and coconut oil together - stir well and drizzle over the top for extra energy!
Set in the fridge before cutting. Delicious!!
