Apricot almond muesli slice squares

These delicious squares have been a hit for us! Great in lunchbox or for an energy boost after school or work. They are made with our ANZAC biscuit mix so it could not be easier. This muesli slice keeps well in an airtight container at room temp - but if you are keeping longer than a week (never happens for us), you may wish to consider refrigerating!
Ingredients

1 x YOMO ANZAC biscuit mix

85g butter or dairy-free spread (melted)

1 x 20ml tbsp (26g) honey or agave syrup

2 x 20ml tbsp (40g) water

Handful of apricots, roughly chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and grease and line a square tin with baking paper.
Chop the apricots.
Melt butter/spread and combine with agave/honey and water.
Add ANZAC mix and mix really well with a spatula.
Add the apricots and stir them in.
Transfer into baking tin and use your spatula or fingers to flatten it out evenly.
Bake for ~25min*
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
