Organic Coconut Sugar (350g)

Our gluten free organic coconut sugar is an unrefined sugar made from organic coconut flower sap. Lighter in colour to most other coconut sugars found in Australia, our Sri Lankan coconut sugar is produced at an allergen free facility and is minimally processed at a lower temperature. It has a beautiful clean taste and contains nutrients including iron, calcium and potassium.

Coconut sugar is a great 1-to-1 substitute for table sugar or raw sugar. Toss a tablespoon of coconut sugar with rhubarb or apple and some spices for delicious roasted fruit. Or use it to make a delicious refined sugar free jam. Our organic coconut sugar also makes a delicious vegan caramel with coconut cream.
