This gluten free ANZAC biscuit mix will make food service gluten free baking so easy!! And so delicious for your customers. The combination of sliced almond, organic coconut flakes and organic desiccated coconut makes these gluten free ANZAC biscuits irresistible to everyone.

YOMO gluten free ANZAC biscuits can be made with butter, with dairy free spread for dairy free or vegan baking, or with nut butter for vegan wholefood baking. You won't believe the delicious ANZAC texture you can achieve using this gluten free cookie mix made without oats. Egg is not required for our gluten free ANZAC biscuits - you can achieve the perfect texture without!

This gluten free cookie mix is made at our YOMO gluten free facility in Melbourne. Our YOMO gluten free ANZAC biscuit mix is coeliac safe and endorsed by Coeliac Australia.

With YOMO gluten free, you choose your adventure - there are three options on the back of the pack for how to make gluten free ANZAC biscuits for your customers!

For every 360g of ANZAC mix, just add the following ingredients.

keep it simple:
1/3 cup (85g) dairy-free spread (melted)
2 x 20ml tbsp (56g) golden syrup
1 x 20ml tbsp (20g) water

nut double down:
1/3 cup (85g) almond butter
2 x 20ml tbsp (51g) maple syrup
2 x 20ml tbsp (38g) coconut oil (melted)
3 x 20ml tbsp (60g) water

friends with dairy:
1/3 cup (85g) butter (melted)
2 x 20ml tbsp (56g) golden syrup
1 x 20ml tbsp (20g) water

Contains ALMOND. May contain traces of PECAN, WALNUT and MACADAMIA.
