This creamy icing is so good on the Chocolate Beetroot Cake and also on cupcakes. You can use dairy butter or non-dairy - we recommend Bu Deli for a dairy-free alternative with creamy texture that's just as delicious as the real thing.

Ingredients

85g butter or dairy-free alternative

1 x 20ml tbsp (12g) cocoa

150g pure icing sugar

1 x 5ml tsp (5g) vanilla
Directions
Cut the cold butter into cubes.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whip with an electric mixer.
Ensure cakes are completely cool before icing.
