Choc chip walnut banana bread bars

These are so quick and easy to make when you are looking for a wholesome snack that is sweet but not too sweet, super quick to make and guaranteed to be loved by little and big people. We love a bar for the lunchbox or for a quick afternoon snack after school or work.

Ingredients

185g Banana Bread mix (half a pouch)

175g Choc Chip mix (half a pouch)

2 bananas mashed

½ cup (115g) light olive oil or melted coconut oil

¼ cup (63g) water

Handful or two of walnuts
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.
Mash bananas well and mix in oil and water.
Add the dry mixes and combine well with a spatula.
Transfer into prepared tin.
Bake for ~30min or until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool, cut and enjoy!
