This is the recipe for our much loved Choc Chip Gingerbread ready-made cookies! You can bake them at home using the YOMO gluten free Gingerbread mix - they are so easy to make. If you love them out of the snack pack you can imagine how good they are fresh from the oven. Naturally gluten free and vegan with no additives, just add a few pure ingredients to a bowl and mix and you're basically done. YUM!

Ingredients

1 x YOMO gluten free Gingerbread mix

2 x 20ml tbsp (37g) light olive oil

⅓ cup (85g) almond butter

50g water

40g dark choc chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together very well.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Roll good spoonfuls of dough and flatten onto a baking tray. We make 8 cookies - leave some space in between the cookies.
Bake for 12-14 min or until slightly golden around the edges.
Allow cookies to set and cool for at least 10 min after you get them out of the oven. Enjoy!!
